Terms of sale

  • All prices are for the work quoted upon undertaken
  • These prices do not include printing of any kind which must be sourced if required by the CLIENT.

Payment Schedule

  • Work will begin work upon CLIENT’S approval of the agreement.
  • Once works are completed and finalised I will then release the completed files to client. I reserve the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid.
  • Payment will be intemised via Invoice which will generated by the Intuit Quickbook system by:
    • automated email from QuickBook
    • pdf of the QuickBook invoice by standard email
  • Payment will be via BACS as per instructions on the invoice

Additional Changes / Revisions

  • Pricing does not include any updates after project is completed and finalised. Client will have 3 FULL ROUNDS of revisions based off the initial draft.
  • Additional revisions or substantial changes to a current project or future updates on already completed projects will require that a new order to be raised with charge to the CLIENT at the CURRENT hourly rate for any and all content changes.

Client Responsibilities

  • The CLIENT must provide all requested information regarding project within 1 week of acceptance.
  • Client will have up to 3 days to come back with the next round of revisions for project (if any).

Accreditation / Promotion

Once project is completed I have the right to:

  • promote any design work for CLIENT in my portfolio of works (printed or electronic versions).

  • ask for desecrate credit on the work.

If the CLIENT does not wish either or all of the above this must be made clear.

Copyright

  • CLIENT will be transferred copyrights of work designed at completion of project, when final payment is received. CLIENT cannot resell or reuse any stock photography incorporated for any use other than that specific design.

Early Termination

  • If the CLIENT decides to back out of the project after works have begun, they will forfeit 50% of the agreed quote plus ONE HOUR at the CURRENT hourly rate. They will also forfeit any copyrights to artwork that has already been sent to client for review including native files.
  • In the event of force majeure occurring outside both parties control i.e. design work undertaken for items such as those towards industrial action and said action called off unless otherwise agreed, either the agreed amount of the design work or the termination
