West Yorkshire Combined Authority – Metro

West Yorkshire Combined Authority (opens in a new window) is the driving force behind local partners’ collective efforts to make West Yorkshire and Leeds City Region and is made up of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield and York councils and the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP).

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority was also the place, where back in September 1999, I started my full-time professional working life – under the Public Transport side of the Authority – Metro (opens in a new window).
